As a student leader, there's no better way to celebrate your hard work than with your extended family of student grantmakers and nonprofit recipients. So get your speech ready, pick out an outfit that makes you feel amazing, and don't forget your novelty checks.

Fifty-four groups of Portland Metro grantmakers presented their grants over five nights at Irving Street Studio in NW Portland. Many nonprofits were on deck for more than one evening, depending on when their awarding schools were presenting. Nonprofits that had a record-setting year, like 

, divvied up the attendance honors among their staff. It can really help to restore your personal battery when you see how much your work is valued by the grantmakers on stage.

In total, Portland Metro students granted $844,982 this cycle. Three cheers for their hard work!
